ADHD in adults doesn’t always look the way people expect.​

Beyond the more commonly recognised symptoms, there are often quieter, more subtle patterns that can shape how you think, feel, and move through everyday life.​

Many adults recognise themselves not in one or two traits, but in a collection of experiences that have been misunderstood or explained away over time - whether that's overspending, oversharing or undervaluing yourself.​

Below is a broader list of subtle signs of ADHD in adults - you may relate to some, many, or none. This is not a diagnostic tool, but a starting point for understanding your own patterns.

Thinking & Focus​

  1. Constant mental chatter or overthinking

  2. Jumping between thoughts quickly

  3. Difficulty prioritising tasks
